Copyright & Usage Rights

All photographs and digital media created by IPPRO Media (“the Company”) are protected under U.S. Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved). No image may be copied, reproduced, altered, edited, sold, or distributed without the Company’s prior written consent.

Upon full payment, the Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for personal use only, including:

• Sharing on personal social media accounts

• Sharing with family, friends, and event participants

• Use on personal or family websites

• Vendor or event promotional use only if:

  • The images remain unaltered

  • Clear and visible credit is provided: “Photo by IPPRO Media”

The following are NOT permitted without prior written permission from IPPRO Media:

• Commercial use

• Resale or licensing of the images

• Submitting images to contests, publications, or promotional materials

• Editing, altering, or applying filters that modify the photographer’s work

• Use by third-party businesses (venues, vendors, caterers, planners, etc.) unless the Client has explicitly purchased commercial rights
